Physician-Supervised Peptide Protocols Tailored to Your Biology

For informational purposes only. All peptide therapies require a physician consultation, comprehensive medical evaluation, and valid prescription. Individual results vary. Not FDA-approved for all indications.

What Are Peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up proteins — naturally produced and used throughout the body. They act as biological messengers, signaling cells and tissues to perform specific functions essential to health and performance.

As we age or experience metabolic stress, the body’s natural peptide production can decline. Therapeutic peptides, when used under medical supervision, aim to support and encourage the body’s own physiological processes rather than override them.

How Peptide Therapy Works

Therapeutic peptides work by binding to specific receptors on cell surfaces, triggering targeted biological responses. Depending on the peptide class prescribed, these responses may influence hormone signaling, metabolic activity, immune function, tissue repair, or cellular communication.

Your HyperFit MD physician selects and tailors a protocol based on your labs, health history, and clinical goals — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Areas Peptide Therapy May Support

Research into therapeutic peptides is ongoing. The following represent general areas of clinical interest:

Body Composition

Some peptide classes are studied for their potential role in supporting lean muscle retention and metabolic efficiency alongside proper nutrition and training.

Cognitive Function

Research continues to explore peptide pathways related to neuroprotection, mental clarity, and mood regulation.

Sleep & Hormonal Balance

Some peptide protocols are explored in the context of supporting restorative sleep and endocrine health.

Recovery & Tissue Repair

Certain peptides are being investigated for their influence on the body's natural tissue remodeling and healing processes.

Immune Modulation

Select peptides are studied for their potential role in supporting a balanced immune response.

Energy & Vitality

Peptides that interact with mitochondrial and metabolic pathways are of growing interest in the longevity and performance medicine space.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed. These areas reflect current scientific inquiry, not confirmed therapeutic claims. Your physician will review the evidence as it applies to your individual case.

Who May Be a Candidate?

Peptide therapy may be considered for adults who:

  • Have undergone a comprehensive baseline lab evaluation
  • Are experiencing age-related decline in energy, recovery, or body composition despite healthy lifestyle habits
  • Are working with a physician on a broader hormone optimization or performance medicine plan
  • Have no contraindications identified during medical screening

Peptide therapy is not appropriate for individuals who:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have active malignancies or a history of certain cancers (case-by-case review required)
  • Have not completed a full medical evaluation with HyperFit MD
  • Are seeking treatment without physician oversight

Our Process

1. Consultation

A one-on-one appointment with a HyperFit MD physician to review your health history, symptoms, and goals.

2. Comprehensive Lab Work

Baseline bloodwork and biomarker testing to establish your clinical picture before any protocol is recommended.

3. Personalized Protocol Design

Your physician reviews your results and — if clinically appropriate — designs a peptide protocol specific to your needs.

4. Prescription & Dispensing

All peptides are prescribed through licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies meeting quality and sterility standards.

5. Ongoing Monitoring

Regular follow-up appointments and lab reviews ensure your protocol is performing safely and effectively, with adjustments made as needed.

Important Safety & Compliance Information
