Is Forma right for me?
Forma is recommend for those looking for a non-invsaive skin treatment to tighten up lax skin. It is safe and effective to use on all skin types and tones. While Forma is an all around great skin tightening treatment, for patients with more severe skin laxity and wrinkling our Morpheus8 microneedling treatment may provide better results.
Does Forma skin tightening hurt?
No! One of the best things about the Forma device is that it is an essentially painless treatment with no downtime. Patients often compare it to a hot stone massage, with most feeling a heat sensation on their skin and slight tightening during treatment. Following treatment, some may see slight redness in the treated area, which will lessen within a few hours. All patients are able to return to their daily activities immediately after treatment.
How many sessions are needed to see results?
Typically, weekly sessions over a six to eight-week period provide the best results. Individuals with mild skin laxity may see results in a few sessions with more time needed between treatments. The ultimate duration depends on each individuals needs. We will determine the right schedule for you during our pre-evaluation.
