Galleri Cancer Test
Detect Cancer Early with Galleri Blood Test
The Galleri Cancer Test produced by Grail is a single draw blood test that screens for over 50 different types of cancer. A majority of cancers are diagnosed too late. Galleri can detect early stage cancers to help diagnose treatments before it's too late, and improve survival rates.
Galleri Cancer Test Explained
How You Can Benefit from Galleri
Mulit-Cancer Early Detection
The Galleri Test screens for more than 50 different types of cancer, including many of the most common such as ovarian, pancreatic, esophageal, head and neck, bladder, and others.
Find Cancer. Fight Stronger.
When cancers are diagnosed early the 5-year survival rate is 4x higher than when diagnosed in later stages. The Galleri test is intended to be used in addition to other cancer screenings, like a mammogram or colonoscopy. Together these tests can help you overcome the risk factors that develop and spread cancer, such as age, family history and environmental exposures, increasing your chances for better outcomes.
The Galleri Test Process
- Visit Our Practice
- Get Blood Drawn
- Review Your Results
The Galleri test must be given by a certified health care provider, like our office in Milford, Connecticut.
During your visit, our lab technician will perform a blood draw. Your blood will then be tested.
Once results are available (~2 weeks), we will contact you to review and discuss next steps.
Galleri tests provide two possible results:
- Cancer Signal NOT Detected
- Cancer Signal Detected
This is a positive result, but continue with routine screenings recommended by health care providers since the Galleri test doesn't detect all cancers.
There is suspicion of cancer. The Galleri test shows where in the body the signal comes from. Take additional tests to properly diagnose the cancer.
Detect many cancers not commonly screened for today before it's too late.
Ge the results you need with a single, simple blood draw.
Locate cancer signals to help diagnose and develop treatment plans.
